Each member of Kids' Rock Staff teaches on a three month per year rotation schedule using a teacher-friendly and age appropriate curriculum . We consider the children at CLC to be God's precious lambs. God has given us the honor, privilege, and responsibility to teach and protect the spiritual, physical, and mental heath and welfare of each one.  Therefore, we require each staff member to fill out a Children's Worker Application describing their spiritual background and relationship with Jesus.  Each applicant provides CLC with personal and pastoral references and gives the church permission for screening using a national criminal background checking agency.
