Ron Triggs, Lead Pastor
Ron and his wife, Vickie, have served in various pastoral roles on the CLC staff since 1988. Ron, became senior pastor in August 2006. Ron leads the CLC staff and church on a "Real Life" journey that's all about being real with God and people. Ron's servant leadership inspires others to love people the way Jesus loves us. He and Vickie make their home in the Ojai Valley and have three kids, Taylor, Makenna and Cody.

Jon Furness, Outreach Director
Jon serves as the outreach and missions director at CLC. Originally from Carlisle England, he moved to the US when he married his wife, Brenna. Jon came on staff in 2010 and has a heart to see the Kingdom of God built locally and abroad. Jon's contagious energy for people and ministry make him fun to be around. He and his wife have 3 kids, Roenne, Oliver and Jack. They also own and operate a coffee shop in Ojai where they spread the love of God and serve amazing coffee. Check them out here!

Joe Moss, Worship and Communications Director
Joe serves as the Worship Director at CLC where he leads worship for all of our services. He joined the CLC staff full time in October 2008. He and the worship team love to lead people into passionate worship of God. Seeing people worship the Lord is Joe's passion. He also leads all the communications efforts for CLC including, marketing, ads, webdesign, etc. He and his wife, Tara, live in Ojai and are very active in at CLC; leading a young adults home group, doing short-term missions, and children's ministry.

Heidi Gilbert, Youth Ministry Director
Heidi serves as the Youth Ministry Director at CLC. She has been active at CLC for many years, but recently came on staff in 2011. Her energy and passion for young people is inspiring. She leads a volunteer youth staff that makes weekly Junior High and High School ministry happen in an exciting and relevant way for the youth of CLC. She and her husband Troy live in the Ojai Valley and they have three kids, Cody, Mimi and Paulina.

Cherry Loe, Children's Ministry Director
Cherry is the Children's Ministry Director at CLC where she leads and administrates all things "Kids" in our church. She has served for many years at CLC as volunteer, but came on staff full time in 2000. From kid's church or Sunday school to nursery care and summer programs, Cherry keeps things in order when kids can be crazy sometimes! Cherry leads Xtreme Kidz, which is a mid-week kids outreach to the community and has been going strong for over ten years! Cherry loves teaching kids about the love of Jesus. She also has a passion for prayer and leads the Ojai Healing Rooms ministry at CLC. She and her husband, Ron, live in the Ojai Valley with their many children and grandchildren.
